What are your shipping rates?  
The chart below shows our flat, domestic shipping and handling rates using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Can I expedite my shipping?  
Due to the already high cost of shipping artwork, we currently only offer USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) for unframed prints and UPS Ground for framed images.  If however, demand occurs for expedited service, we will consider adding it.  

Do you ship internationally?  
At this time, we do not ship internationally.  

When can I expect my order to arrive?  
We ship unframed prints within five (5) business days of receipt of your order and they generally arrive 2-3 days after they have been shipped. Because framed prints require custom work, they arrive approximately two (2) weeks after we receive your order.  We will send a shipping confirmation via email once your package has been shipped.  

How do you package prints?
To prevent any damage during shipping, we carefully pack unframed prints between 200-pound sheets of corrugated cardboard pads.  Framed prints are shipped with cardboard corners, bubble wrap, and other packing materials inside heavy-duty cardboard boxes.  All packages are labeled with special handling instructions.

What if a print is damaged during shipping?  
All prints are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include a tracking number so we can quickly determine what happened to your print.  Please keep all original packaging and materials that arrived with the print and note that it's the buyer's responsibility to file an insurance claim with the shipping company if a print is damaged.  

For damaged unframed prints, take a photo that clearly shows the damage and send it to: support@colortexturephoto.com with "Return" and your invoice number in the subject line. We will ask you to destroy the original image by tearing it up and send us a photo of the destroyed print.  We will then replace the print within fourteen (14) days. 

For damaged framed prints, take a photo that clearly shows the damage and send it to: support@colortexturephoto.com with "Return" and your invoice number in the subject line. We will then send you a postage-paid shipping label to return the damaged print.  Framed prints must be returned with the original packaging.  Once we have received the original framed print, we will replace it within fourteen (14) days.  

Why am I charged more than the postage amount on my package?  
The postage amount on your package is for shipping only.  Handling costs include packing materials and insurance.
