Print Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Our goal is to provide a great experience for every collector and customer satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you are unhappy for any reason, or if a print is damaged, just let us know within fourteen days of receiving your order and we'll provide a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees.  To date, not one image has been returned.  

General Information
Returned prints must be received with the original packaging, so please keep all materials that arrive with your print. Send an email to: support@colortexturephoto.com with "Return Inquiry" and your invoice number in the subject line.

Shipping Damage
To ensure prints arrive safely without damage, we pack each print with extra care, and all packages are labeled with special handling instructions.  All prints are shipped with a tracking number so we can quickly determine what happened to your print.  Please keep all original packaging and materials that arrived with the print and note that it's the buyer's responsibility to file an insurance claim with the shipping company if a print is damaged.

For damaged unframed prints, take a photo that clearly shows the damage and send it to: support@colortexturephoto.com with "Return" and your invoice number in the subject line. We will ask you to destroy the original image by tearing it up and send us a photo of the destroyed print.  We will then replace the print within fourteen days.  



For damaged framed prints, take a photo that clearly shows the damage and send it to: support@colortexturephoto.com with "Return" and your invoice number in the subject line. We will then send you a postage-paid shipping label to return the damaged print.  Framed prints must be returned with the original packaging.  Once we have received the original framed print, we will replace it within fourteen days.

Printing Flaws

We create exhibition-quality prints and every print is inspected before shipping. On rare occasions, it's possible for a printing flaw to be missed, and we will replace defective prints within fourteen days after they are received.  Please inspect prints upon arrival and keep all original packaging and materials that arrived with the print.

Lost Prints
All prints are tracked, but occasionally some might go missing.  Most missing prints are just delayed and arrive within a short time.  If tracking information shows the print has been delivered but you don't have it, please talk to the shipping company.  Please note, it's the buyer's responsibility to file an insurance claim with the shipping company if an order is lost.  Usually, the package has just been misplaced.  If your print is confirmed as lost by the shipping company, we'll send you another print.  Just send an email with "Lost Print" and your invoice number in the subject line to: support@colortexturephoto.com and include an explanation of what happened along with loss confirmation from the shipping company.
