ITINERARY  

Day 1 - Arrive in Portland / Ecola State Park / Hug Point / Cannon Beach / Seaside
We set out by private transfer from Portland, Oregon and travel to Seaside where we'll check into our first incredible hotel and have lunch.  Afterwards we head to Ecola State Park and capture the gorgeous vista above the ocean before traveling to Hug Point.  We'll photograph the stunning seascapes before heading to spectacular Haystack Rock for sunset.  After shooting, we'll have a fantastic late dinner and return to our hotel.

Note: We pick up guests and travel to Seaside the day of arrival, so please schedule flight arrivals between 11A-12P.

Day 2 - Neskowin / Proposal Rock / Lincoln City
After a casual breakfast and editing images, we travel by private transfer to Neskowin where we will have a late lunch / early dinner and explore the beach and scout best locations for sunset at Proposal Rock.  After shooting we'll travel to our next incredible hotel in Lincoln City.

Day 3 - Sweet Creek Falls / Florence
After breakfast and editing images, we travel by private transfer to Sweet Creek Falls where we'll spend the afternoon photographing a series of beautiful waterfalls.  After shooting, we'll travel to our next hotel and have another great dinner.

Day 4 - Heceta Head Lighthouse / Thor's Well / Florence
After a casual breakfast, editing images, and lunch, we travel by private transfer down the coast to the Heceta Head Lighthouse.  We'll shoot the historic lighthouse from multiple locations before continuing on to world-famous Thor's Well where we'll explore and shoot through sunset.  After shooting, we'll return to our hotel and have another great dinner.



Day 5 - Kentucky Falls / Eugene
After breakfast and editing images, we travel by private transfer to amazing Kentucky Falls.  We'll have lunch along the way and spend the afternoon shooting the falls.  Afterwards, we'll check in to our awesome hotel in Eugene and have our final dinner.  

Day 6 - Depart Portland International Airport
After breakfast, we will travel by private transfer to Portland International Airport (PDX) where you will catch your flight home.

Photo Tour Cost
$4,275.00 Per Person.  Based on Double Occupancy. 

Single Supplement - Add $1,275.00  
The single supplement applies to tour participants that are traveling alone and prefer their own hotel rooms rather than sharing rooms with another guest or when sharing rooms is not available.

What's Included In Photo Tour Price?
Photo tour price includes all hotels, all meals, private transportation, and all park entrance fees.  Photo tour cost does NOT include: airfare to and from Portland, Oregon (airport code PDX), travel insurance, tips to bartenders, bellhops, cleaning staff, drivers, and guides, and personal expenses like alcoholic beverages, laundry service, and souvenirs.

Payment Options  
We accept checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, and Visa. 

Cancellations & Refunds  
Deposits are normally non-refundable, but due to COVID, are now 100% refundable if you cancel before the Registration & Final Payment Deadline.  For refunds, we require that a cancellation request in writing be received before 11:59pm Pacific Time on the Registration & Final Payment date.  If we receive your written cancellation request before the Registration & Final Payment deadline and can refill your space, we will refund all payments, minus any discounts given to refill your space.  If we cannot refill your space, we will refund 50% of all payments.  No refunds are given, nor cancellations allowed after the Registration & Final Payment Deadline date. No partial refunds are given for unused services.  There is a $50.00 charge for all returned payments. Please see our complete Liability & Cancellation Policy.

Physical Requirements
While most locations have easy hikes, there is one location that requires walking unassisted for 4 miles (round trip) over uneven, potentially muddy and slippery trails, and up-and-down inclines with moderate altitude gain. There are hikes over a variety of terrain including pavement, gravel, and dirt trails with large roots, rocks, logs, and stairs.  Travelers should be aware that heat and humidity could be high in some locations and daily excursions can be more difficult during inclement weather.
