Day 1 - White River Falls
We set out by private transfer from Tri Cities, Washington and stop in The Dalles, Oregon for a great lunch before checking into our first excellent hotel and heading to the spectacular White River Falls.  We'll shoot the falls, the ruins of the old power station, and capture the incredible sunset, then have dinner, and settle in at the hotel.

Day 2 - Smith Rock
After a relaxing breakfast and editing images, we will have a delicious lunch in The Dalles before departing by private transfer to the sensational Smith Rock, one of the Seven Wonders of Oregon.  Smith Rock is a gigantic basalt rock formation that stands over 3,000' tall and the glossy Crooked River slowly rolls by its base.  We will photograph Smith Rock all afternoon and capture the sunset, then travel to our fantastic hotel in Bend and enjoy a delicious late dinner.

Day 3 -  Silver Falls State Park
After breakfast and editing images, we travel by private transfer to Silverton for lunch before continuing to Silver Falls State Park. People call Silver Falls the “crown jewel” of the Oregon State Parks system, and once you visit, you'll know why.  Silver Falls State Park is the kind of standout scenic treasure that puts Oregon firmly onto the global stage and we will photograph seven gorgeous waterfalls there.  After shooting all afternoon, we will travel to our next incredible hotel in Salem and enjoy another fantastic dinner.

Day 4 - Abiqua Falls / Butte Creek Falls
After an early breakfast we travel by private transfer to the jaw-dropping Abiqua Falls.  This 92-foot waterfall is perfectly framed by an enormous basalt amphitheater adorned with lichens, mosses and various ferns, but what makes the hike to this cascade so special is that it is so difficult to find, making the destination that much more rewarding.  After shooting all morning, we will travel to Silverton for lunch, then head to the sensational Butte Creek Falls.  A short, one-mile stroll through an impressive second-growth forest leads you to the 78-foot Butte Creek Falls and 25-foot Upper Butte Creek Falls.  From here you can scramble deep into the cavern behind Upper Butte Creek Falls and venture high above the creek on a 200-foot basalt outcropping that offers spectacular views of the main falls.  After shooting all afternoon, we will return to our hotel in Salem and enjoy another great dinner.

Day 5 - Starvation Creek / Trillium Lake
After a relaxing breakfast and editing images, we head out to photograph the colorful Starvation Creek in the Columbia River Gorge - the second of the Seven Wonders of Oregon.  After shooting all afternoon, we'll have a great dinner, then drive to Lake Trillium and capture a sensational sunset with the spectacular Mt. Hood reflecting in the lake.  Mt. Hood is the third of the Seven Wonders of Oregon that we photograph, and this magnificent landscape is sure to leave a lasting impression.  After shooting, we'll head to our spectacular hotel overlooking the magnificent Columbia River Gorge in Hood River.
