Pura Vida Costa Rica

Only a couple weeks remain to register for the April 2024 Pura Vida Costa Rica photo tour, so I thought I'd write about this incredible photo workshop that explores Costa Rica's Gold Coast, Guanacaste, and the Northern Zone. First of all, I titled this Costa Rica photography tour "Pura Vida" because that is a very popular expression used by Ticos (Costa Ricans). Pura vida has several meanings including hello, goodbye, everything is good, and thank you, and you will hear it often in Costa Rica. Now that the title makes sense, let's get into the details!

It's hard to believe that in a few short weeks it will be eleven years since I first experienced the magical tropical paradise of Costa Rica. The memories of that first trip are forever etched into my mind, driving through the rugged rural countryside and winding mountain roads, discovering breathtaking waterfalls, sun-soaked beaches, colorful wildlife, and so many spectacular landscapes.
